Using Cortexly
You may use Cortexly to create, generate, and study flashcards for your own learning. You're responsible for the content you add and for keeping your account credentials secure. Keep your use lawful and don't misuse the service.
Acceptable use
- Don't abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the service or its AI/audio features.
- Don't attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
- Don't upload content that is illegal or that you don't have the right to use.
- Don't use the service to build a competing product by scraping or bulk-extracting data.
Service provided "as is"
Cortexly is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. AI-generated cards, pronunciation scores, and synthesized audio may contain mistakes — please use your own judgment. We don't guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular result will be accurate.
Use at your own risk & limitation of liability
You use Cortexly at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cortexly and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Suspension of abusive accounts
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or put other users or the platform at risk, with or without notice.
Changes
We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
